The Process includes diagnostic assessment, review of current safety
policies, an exposure inventory, a loss analysis and review and
development of an organization specific action plan.
Using information from the assessment, our consultant will work with
your manager, supervisors and employees to develop written policies,
define safety roles, develop programs such as but not limited to OSHA
record/keeping, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, blood-borne
pathogen policies, emergency response, ergonomic hazard control
and safety system measurement programs.
Our consultants will work in your facility at prescribed times
determined by your management staff to implement the programs,
training of your employees and measure results of your new safety
efforts. In addition, our consultant can respond to unexpected OSHA
visits and inquiries.
